The integration of InvoiceOcean with Braintree creates an easy-to-use system that gives you full control over your payments.

Set up the payment gateway in your InvoiceOcean account Settings, and the 'Pay Online' button will appear directly on the issued invoice.

In the Profesional and Enterprise plans, you have the option to use the integration with Braintree, which allows customers to pay using a link on the invoice. After the invoice is paid, the payment is automatically matched with the invoice, and the payment information is also displayed in the overview.

See how easy it is to configure the integration with the Biraintree payment gateway

  • Step 1

    To activate, you need to to take a few steps in the Braintree application, then go to Settings > Account Settings > Online Payments and Auto Payments to activate Online payments.

  • Step 2

    In Settings > Online Payments > Braintree fill in the details provided by Braintree: Mechant ID, Public key and private key.

  • Step 3

    You can enable payment via Braintree for all invoices. After the invoice is paid, the payment is automatically matched with the invoice, and the payment information is also displayed in the payment overview.
