The integration of InvoiceOcean with PayPal creates an easy-to-use system that gives you full control over your payments.

Set up the payment gateway in your InvoiceOcean account Settings, and the 'Pay Online' button will appear directly on the issued invoice.

In the Profesional and Enterprise plans, you have the option to use the integration with PayPal, which allows customers to pay using a link on the invoice. After the invoice is paid, the payment is automatically matched with the invoice, and the payment information is also displayed in the overview.

See how easy it is to configure the integration with PayPal

  • Step 1

    To activate, you need to to take a few steps in the PayPal application, then go to Settings > Account Settings > Online Payments and Auto Payments to activate Online payments.

  • Step 2

    In Settings > Online Payments > PayPal, fill in the details provided by PayPal: API username, API password and Signatue.

  • Step 3

    You can enable payment via PayPal for all invoices. After the invoice is paid, the payment is automatically matched with the invoice, and the payment information is also displayed in the payment overview.
