With InvoiceOcean, you get complete control over your company's expenses.

You can enter data on invoices and other purchase documents into the system together with attachments of their scanned versions in PDF format. These can be scans of employment contracts, invoices and receipts, for example. This will allow you to access them anytime, anywhere in the world and save you space for collecting and storing them.

By entering purchase and sales receipts, you can track your company's finances in real time with the reports available.

Setting states and categories
For each entered expense document, you can mark the status and select the category to which the expense belongs.
Attaching annexes to an expenditure
The original of each expense document can be uploaded to the system as an attachment. In this way, you can view the original document on which the expense was charged at any time.
