Several companies

If you run multiple companies, InvoiceOcean makes it easy to manage invoices in each of them. With a single login, you can access all companies and easily switch between them.

Each company has a separate account in the system and separate reporting.

This allows you to invoice from any computer that is online, on behalf of a specific company. This will save you time and money, plus you'll always have all your documents at hand.

Multiple departments

If your company has multiple departments, you can keep them all in a single account. You can use separate invoice numbering within each department, as well as give selected users access only to selected departments. In addition, each department can have separate or shared reporting.

Managing invoices of different companies
You can manage invoices of multiple companies in the program. When you add a new company, the option to switch between them is activated at the top of the page.
